What i’m about to share with you guys scares me okay i read this statistic earlier this week and i haven’t stopped thinking about it this isn’t even the video that i had planned for today i had a video ready to go up everything is done and i said i got to talk about this i have to talk about this statistic okay oxfam every year they release a report there a group
That works to try to get rid of global poverty they released a new statistic that said the wealthiest 1% grabbed 82 percent of the wealth in 2017 i want to show you guys what this actually means by drawing it out i couldn’t even wrap my head around this staggering statistic okay imagine if all the money earned in 2017 was just $10 what would this look like this
Means the wealthiest 1% these people right here the small minority of people grabbed $8.20 of all of that $10 created and $1 and 80 cents was left for 99% of people on top of that to make matters worse guys they said that the poorest 50% saw no increase in their wealth have you heard of something called inflation where the buying power of your money decreases
Over time so these people that are in the lowest 50% did not earn any more money in 2017 that means that they’re losing money every single year because their money is becoming less valuable we have a big problem here guys ok we have a big problem and so few people are even paying attention to any of this stuff i know that when i read things like this this is what
Keeps eating me up at night is reading things like this guys i’m not kidding i lost sleep after reading this and really thinking about what this actually means for us and you know i don’t even have a plan for what i want to say in this video i just want to just throw this at you guys i want you to comment below with what you think about this fact that the 1% are
Captured 82 percent of all of the wealth in 2017 this is at a time when the internet brings opportunities to your doorstep you can sit at home and make a six-figure even a seven-figure in come from your computer yet you still have people going out there and getting jobs that are just working to help the top 1% earn more money the middle class the lower class the
Lower percentage of people out there they are being exploited by these people out there that are making the most money you are nothing but a number to them whatever it is your employee number or whatever you want to call it however they identify you you are just a number and there’s people out there that are absolutely passionate about the work they are doing for
These people and they don’t even realize that if you were to die tomorrow they would replace you in a week or two with somebody else who would be another number in that system yet you care so much for your employer if this doesn’t scare the out of you guys i don’t know what will guys i have no idea what’s going to get you motivated to do something else that the
Other than what everyone else out there is doing ok there are so many opportunities out there and this is just something that validates my own decision to do something other than what everyone else out there is doing i saw everyone out there that i knew going out there and getting a job and i got into that for a while i got a job i was part of this system i was
Part of that 99% making the top 1% the 82 percent of the money out there and eventually i said this system is i’m not gonna be a part of this system guys and it’s just it’s just i can’t believe this at all at a time when there are so many opportunities so many people are going out there and getting jobs nobody’s getting involved with entrepreneurship and if this
Doesn’t motivate you guys to you know go out there and start your own business and actually play the game right because guys this is not this is not anything that’s fair there’s no system of checks and balances with life nobody is going to make sure that you have enough money to pay your bills nobody’s going to make sure that some day you can retire nobody’s going
To make sure that when you hurt your back at work that you’re still going to have money coming in nobody gives a about you in this system guys this is a game and this game is winnable i learned that a couple of years ago and it took me a while to start playing the game by the right rules but i just want to motivate you guys to do something other than what everyone
Else out there is doing and i really hope this opened your eyes to how big of a problem this actually is if you’re not doing something else other than what everyone else out there is doing i’m truly afraid for what’s going to happen to you looking at numbers like this because they’re not going to get any better you’re not going to see the richest 1% distributing
That wealth you’re gonna see them making more and more money maybe next year they’ll have 90 percent of the wealth and going forward they’ll have 95 who knows what’s gonna happen guys but it’s not looking good when the lowest 50% are not even preserving the amount of money they’re making because they’re making the same amount and losing the buying power of that
Money thanks to inflation what are you gonna do guys what options do you have here that’s for me why entrepreneurship and doing something other than what everyone else out there was doing was absolutely the only option for me because i was somebody who saw something like this i saw this and i said i don’t want to be a part of this system and i hope that you guys
