How’s it going everybody does is beat the bush this is just going to be a quick update on my credit card turning experience using plastic now plastic business website that allows you to use your credit card to pay your bills that normally requires a check or a checking account of course the catch here is you have to pay a 1.5 to 2.5 percent fee however in light

Before and i used it to buy a $500 gift card to home depot now for the two thousand dollar spent obviously i just went on plastic and i paid my mortgage two thousand dollars there’s a two point five percent fee here and so i paid two thousand fifty dollars and only two thousand dollars is paid off into my mortgage with my referral link for plastic down below you

By the way this is just a cut out of the card here’s the actual card just so that i can show you that i really did get this card now these credit cards are not stupid they’re going to wait until you fully pay whatever you charge on your card before awarding you the points so that’s exactly what happened i paid the two thousand fifty dollars and then a couple days
Later i got the fifty thousand points now after the fact i realized i should have deducted the fee from what i wanted to contribute to my mortgage just so that whatever gets charged to my card it’s a two thousand dollar even this translates to me having a fifty two thousand and fifty points points in the account now this account makes you spend things in increments
So i can easily buy the fifty thousand points of the home depot gift card but i’ll have two thousand fifty points left in this the remainder is two thousand fifty points which means i have to spend another 450 points in order to reach that 2500 point bonus so that i can get some random gift cards that’s $25 worth this is the minimum points that you can spend now
Just to close the loop that $500 gift card to home depot did show up after i spent that 50,000 points here it is because nothing special is just a gift card and there is $500 in here the way i recommend to use this is just kind of hold on to it until you really need to go to home depot for whatever reason so that you can use this to spend it on stuff that you would
Buy anyway rather than go in there with this $500 gift card and go oh i got money to spend in and spend everything so after the fact of playing with this whole plastic thing along with churn and credit cards i realized that i can get a lot of credit cards and just easily fulfill this couple thousand dollar requirement or thousand dollar no problem five thousand
Dollars not from no problem because if you are about to pay more into your mortgage anyway then yeah go ahead they just keep on waiting for new credit cards to show up to meet these minimum centric wireman so that you get the signup bonuses now if you don’t want to pay more into your mortgage you can just as well just pay whatever amount that you need and meet those
Spending requirements of course it’s not going to be such round nice numbers it’s going to be whatever your mortgage payment is and perhaps you might have to wait a couple months you know do the payments couple months in a row before you can meet you know couple thousand dollars worth of spend requirements so after the fact of trying this out which i really enjoy
Because i really need to see for myself actually before i tell you guys that yeah you know this works it’ll go ahead and do it and you know i have the gift card over here i did not spend anything i put more into my mortgage which is not me spending money not me buying some random toy or something that would depreciate i put it into a mortgage which is just kind of
