You explain to us a little bit about how some of their experiences have been using your platform with for example ibm raytheon just to mention a few well i think it’s fair to say that we’ve we’ve captured the imagination of some very major players in the market and i think the reason for that is the fact that we take a fundamentally different approach to public
Safety so the conventional means of threat detection we’re in the business of low cost embedded ubiquitous sensors networking data putting alarms wherever they need to be and there is a fundamentally different approach and it’s and it’s five the imagination of some major players so we’re just delighted to be working with the likes of raytheon who of course are
Just huge international player radar they’re supporting our radar based development and 33 million dollars of non-division financing cisco just a tremendous partner supporting our development through their on the program the what’s called the innovation part of the program but in joint development work with them we’re out together with cisco in front of some
Some major clients ibm supporting us through their startup ibm program where we have access to what’s and to their machine learning tools to their cloud-based processing and then we have another number of very major battleships coming through the pipeline but we’ll be announcing news on as and when we can so fair to say i think the the major global players with
An interest in the space really honed in on what we’re doing and they really like what we doing i also like what you are doing and where do you see the security industry headed in the future and what’s patreon patreon ones role in driving these changes one of the fundamental issues but everyone is wrestling is wrestling with is where is the balance between civil
Liberty and surveillance for public safety you know people want to be safe we you know the the stories come through on a all too frequent basis of horrific terrorist attacks disturbed individuals with weapons school shootings it is just horrific and people want solutions at the same time there is a limit to their tolerance for having civil liberties taken away
So there’s a there’s a sweet spot we’ve seen a lot of news stories around concern about facebook or concern about facial recognition in san francisco and so i think we occupy that healthy balance where the public can be comfortable with the notion that they are being made safer that their civil liberties are being protected and i think is where the industry is

Difference with public safety there are some great companies out there you know with their own innovations in the main however other companies looking at how to detect threats are in the business of fixed divisible security infrastructure a particular piece of hardware they’ve been effectively to take threats we take a different approach which is what we call
The multi sensor platform approach where we have a number of different types of technologies that gather data in different ways overlaid with some machine learning so in others artificial intelligence making sense of data from different sensors and in that way we can really adapt and customize the solution to the particular client requirement to the particular
Environment and by virtue of taking data from different sensors we can put together a composite picture which is really the gold standard in in detection and i think is what makes us different i think that’s great now we’re having all kinds of issues of privacy i know facebook’s been all over the news about privacy how are you able to maintain privacy with
Your company in a time where privacy so rare yeah it’s a great question i mean our approach is we are interested in detecting threats and so we’re not looking at a person and saying hmm i don’t like the look at them perhaps they have you know bad bad intent we’re detecting threats we’re detecting weapons where they should be and essentially saying okay here
Is a threat now that person becomes of interest so we’re capturing a personal data we’re not taking images of innocent people going about their daily business we capture no personal information score on our personal information and transmit a person information so our systems pose absolutely no threat to ordinary members of the public going around the ordinary
