The special events under gift cards these days it happens about once or twice a month where they will give you an offer of buying two visa gift cards and you get 10 off or two 100 visa gift cards for 15 off now if you do the math on 250 gift cards 10 off you still have to pay 5.95 per visa gift card times two this is actually twelve dollar fee and then you get
Ten dollar off so you still have to pay a two dollar fee this is actually not a really good deal because you can just buy a 500 gift card and pay a 5.95 fee so this is actually not a really good deal don’t use the 250 dollar gift card option instead use the two 100 version and you get 15 off the fee is 12 so you get 15 off of this meaning that it’s actually one
And a half percent off of your visa gift card instead of paying 100 for a visa gift card you’re actually paying 98 and 50 cents now why is this important is because you can combine it with other credit cards sometimes you have five percent off of groceries this essentially turns it into a 6.5 percent off of groceries because you can go into the grocery store buy
Two 100 visa gift card you get 15 off but you have to pay 12 fees so the total comes out to be 197 dollars you can then take these visa gift cards and likely do this all over again buy the same gift cards and then every single time you do it you’re gonna get a three dollar discount now i don’t recommend doing this because essentially you need multiple accounts and
You can’t create that many accounts all at once and often when you buy visa gift card you have to go through the real people checking out lane you can’t go through the self-checkout lane because the cashier needs to open the little bag so that means you have to wait in a real live line it’s going to take you a reasonable amount of time probably five to 15 minutes
Every single time you go to that checkout line so earning three dollars every single time you do this is not very good so using coupons on safeway vons or albertsons you have to wait for this about once a month sometimes they have it twice a month depending on how the deals are going you wait for these deals to appear then you go to the grocery store buy the gift
Cards and then you can get your discount off of these visa gift cards it’s not the master card so make sure you buy the visa gift card make sure you buy the exact 100 visa gift card not the 25 to 500 version it has to say 100 on the card itself i know about the serious credit card i have yes is grandfathered i still have to talk about it the first quarter of this
Year they gave me a targeted offer so people are not going to have access to this but it’s a 15 cash back from 500 to 1 000 so technically i can buy two 500 visa gift cards and i’m gonna get about 150 uh statement credit on my credit card i talk about this method because oftentimes people don’t want to buy visa gift cards because there is a really large fee on

Way and knowing that this is a great discount i just use it at you know whatever i can but i am also aware to not keep too many visa gift cards around when they are the 100 denomination i plop it right into my utility account in this particular instance i plop it right into my healthcare insurance this is a really good way just to make sure that your visa gift
